Gegic wine is indigenous to the island and has seen its rebirth in the last decade. International varieties such as cabernet sauvignon and merlot are quite popular as well. There are many smaller local producers but we would like to point out to a renown winemaker and holder of many international and domestic awards – the Boskinac wines.
