House rules

  • Guests can enter the apartments from 14.00 hours on the arrival date and are to vacate the apartment until 10.00 hours on the departure date. Other arrangements can be met with the proprietor.
  • Guests are entitled to take care of their belonging and valuables left in the apartments during their stay. The proprietor will not be held accountable for any mishandlings or the disappearance of the guests’ belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for their own actions during their stay in the apartments and the surroundings. In case of an accident, the guests bear the consequences.
  • The apartment door is to be locked from the inside when the guests are at the premises while the doors are window are to be locked when the guests are outside the premises. All appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove etc.) are to be shut down while away. Water should be turned down.
  • When guests are away from the apartments, the proprietor is entitled to enter the premises in case there is a possible danger or imminent danger.
  • It is forbidden to destroy in any way the apartment furnishings and the appliances, to cause any disorder and to disturb the other guests in any way. Noise is forbidden particularly between 14.00 and 16.00 and 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
  • Only registered guests can use the apartments. The proprietor can decline to allow any additional guest visits in a period of time.
  • No weapons, explosives and other highly flammable materials are allowed at any time.
  • Using additional appliances that are not integral part of the apartments is allowed only upon the approval of the proprietor.
  • If damage is caused to the installations, furnishings, the appliances or any other decorations in the apartment, the guest is obliged to notify the proprietor. If the damage is cause by the guest, the guest is obliged to pay the appropriate compensation.
  • It is not allowed to take out the appliances, towels, blankets and other decorations from the apartments.
  • Pets are allowed only if the proprietor agrees.
  • Upon arrival, the guests are due to show the valid document (passport, ID) to the proprietor who is obliged by the law to check the guests with the local tourist office.
  • If these house rules are not met by the guest, the proprietor has the right to cancel the stay.
